Meet Coach Molly
Coach Molly de Mattos is the co-founder of The Matt & Molly Team in North Carolina. In partnership with Matt Tavener, the Matt & Molly Team have taken their business and customer service to a new level and have been voted Best Real Estate Agents in Western North Carolina for nine years running. Molly takes pride in being the Team’s Director of Sales and Training, ensuring the training, education, and coaching of all their agents is top-notch and the best in the business.
Molly is also a Keller Williams University Trainer and BOLD Coach through MAPS Coaching. She provides passion, joy, and accountability in all that she does and is passionate about cultivating that in others.

In an industry first, Keller Williams is offering access to the state-approved education courses provided by Kaplan Real Estate Education and assisting aspiring agents on a direct path to licensure and profitability. KSCORE® makes pre-licensure more accessible than ever by providing a clear, self-paced path to obtaining a real estate license.
KSCORE® also offers a robust library of online state-approved continuing education courses, provided by Kaplan Real Estate Education, for currently licensed agents and brokers.
KW Prep® is a specially curated curriculum designed in collaboration with KSCORE® Coach Molly de Mattos. KW Prep® gives aspiring agents the confidence they need as they embark on their early years in the real estate industry. While not a state-approved licensing or continuing education course, agents will learn real-world applications, be prepared for a real estate career with longevity, and gain early exposure to the tools, tips, and coaching Keller Williams is known for.
How long will it take to complete my prelicensing requirements?
Each state has different requirements to get licensed. Once enrolled in KSCORE®, you will have six months to complete the courses and final exams for your state. .
How will the program be delivered?
The prelicensing education is delivered by our state-approved education provider. Their platform offers distinct education-delivery formats, including home study, online, and live online courses, along with flexible schedules and a wide selection of state-approved courses and packages.
What are my steps to get licensed?

What is the cost?
